How does it work?
I will work with you one on one, either in person, on the phone, by email/internet and/or by all three.
What is often covered during Coaching?
Coaching is highly individualized. Our time together usually begins with looking at where you are in your life and then moving to clarify your vision for the future. We do this by creating a SWOT Analysis and then moving to develop a life plan, then we set some short and long term goals. It is a step my step process. Sometimes you may take big steps and sometimes the steps are small. I will work with you at a pace that fits your desire.
Do I have to do all of this myself?
You are never alone in this process! I will work with you every step of the way, providing assistance, support and a listening ear.

I believe life is so very short, and you can have the life you deserve and always wanted! It has been said that "A journey of a lifetime begins with just a single step".
